Hey ya'll !  I'm Tara.  

I'm a childcare owner, trainer, and lifelong learner who's spent more than two decades in early childhood education.  

I don't believe childcare professionals need more complicated theories.  I believe they need practical tools, honest conversations, and someone who's willing to share both the successes and the mistakes. 

My mission is simple: 
Help childcare programs become stronger so teachers stay, directors lead with confidence, families trust their care, and children thrive. 

When I'm not in a childcare center or training classroom, you'll usually fine me with my family, a cup olf coffee in hand, or dreaming of  new ways to make childcare just a little bit better.  Being a wife, mom, and business owner has taught me that leadership isn't about having all the answers.  It's about serving people well, staying teachable, and building something that lasts.
